Short-Term Study Abroad Program Development
Each spring, CCU faculty are invited to propose to offer established or new short-term study abroad programs to meet the needs and interests of CCU students. The deadline for receipt of program proposals for the 2013/14 academic year to be received in the Office of International Programs and Services (OIPS) is Friday, March 1, 2013. Please view the 2013-14 Short-term Study Abroad Proposal for short-term study abroad program development to help you work through this process.
In addition to one-on-one counseling to help bring your study abroad ideas to fruition, the Office of International Programs offered interest sessions for new ideas in November 2012 and has scheduled a cooperative CeTEAL Writing Circle to help you work together with members of the Office of International Programs, International Programs Committee of Faculty Senate, and Executive Director of Global Initiatives beginning on January 31, 2013 to help you finalize your study abroad program proposal for this year or to get comfortable with the process as you craft a proposal for upcoming years. You are welcome to join it at any time! To register for the CeTEAL Writing Circle for Developing Short-term Study Abroad Programs, please click here.
