Why CCU?: I graduated from a very small high school, so I wanted to go to a small college where I wouldn't get lost in the crowd.  I made a great decision because Coastal Carolina is a community.  My professors know my name and I never go anywhere on campus without seeing a familiar face.  I love CCU!

Why CCU?: I chose Coastal Carolina because it has one of the best marine science programs on the east coast.  My dream is to work with marine animals in the future and CCU has all the tools to help me accomplish this dream.  Although I'm 12 hours away from home in Tennessee, Coastal Carolina has become my new home away from home.  I fell in love with all that CCU has to offer--the small classes, the friendly students, and of course, the beach.  I love everything about Coastal!

Major:  Theatre B.A.

Why CCU?: Coastal Carolina was actually a last minute decision for me.  After my freshman year, I actually considered transferring to another school, but I realized that I didn't want another school, I wanted another major.  I found the major that is right for me, and now I have developed close relationships with my professors and my peers.  I'm glad I stayed at CCU.  These past four years have been great! #BleedTeal
