Tobacco Free Institution

Open Enrollment for benefits will begin October 1, 2014 and continue through October 31, 2014.
Below is a link to the 2014 Insurance Advantage which details the changes that may be made during Open Enrollment, as well as a video produced by the Public Employee Benefits Authority. (Hard copies of the 2014 Insurance Advantage publication will be received and distributed by the Office of Human Resources within the next two weeks.)

HOW CAN YOU MAKE CHANGES?
During the open enrollment period of October 1 – 31, 2014, employees are encouraged to make changes via MyBenefits at https://mybenefits.sc.gov .

VIA EMAIL OR IN PERSON:
Contact the Office of Human Resources to complete the necessary forms on or before October 31, 2014. Contacts are: Dana Booth (firstname.lastname@example.org), Tim Ropposch (email@example.com), or Lori Cox (firstname.lastname@example.org) . Voicemail requests will not be accepted.
Any changes made during Open Enrollment will go into effect January 1, 2015 with the first payroll deductions occurring on December 15, 2014.
Participants in MoneyPlus Medical Spending and Dependent Care MUST re-enroll in order to continue participation for 2015.
Now is a good time to review/update beneficiaries.
