How do I report phone problems?
For non-urgent phone problems submit an online job request in the ITS Help Desk. For urgent problems and immediate support, please contact Abigail Marrero at x2084.
How do I access my voice mail?
The number to access voice mail is 843-349-6500 (or just 6500 on campus). If you had the client option programmed on your Outlook, you can also access voicemail via your e-mail client. Go to the Voice Mail web page for more information on the system. To request a voicemail account, please access the ITS Help Desk.
