Gift Donations


Your Library Donations can be important additions to Kimbel Library. We welcome your gifts but request your attention to our gifts policy.

Kimbel Library will send an acknowledgement letter to you indicating the total number of titles received by the library. Because Kimbel Library, by law, cannot appraise gifts, the responsibility for establishing a fair market value of a gift lies with the donor.

Kimbel library reserves the right to dispose of any gift materials not added to its collection unless the donor indicates below to be responsible for picking up all titles not added to the collection. If such indication is noted, the donor will pick up all titles not added within 3 weeks of library notification.
