Media Collection: Search Strategies
Select the keyword search to retrieve the maximum number of media materials.
- Example: A keyword search for rainbow retrieves the song title "Over the Rainbow" on the audiocassette A Child's Celebration of Song.
Use an asterisk (*) to truncate the search term which locates alternate endings and plural spellings.
- Example: fox* (finds fox, foxes, foxy, foxed, etc)
Limit the search to a specific media format by using the "modify search" icon.
