Mail Services' Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1. Can you mail things from Mail Services?
Yes, there are two (2) drop boxes, one located on the wall outside of Sands Hall and another one located inside Sands Hall. To mail parcels, bring them in to the counter and someone will be glad to help you.
2. What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept cash, check, credit/debit cards, and CINO cash.
3. Do you sell envelopes and other mailing supplies?
Yes, we have a variety of supplies for mailing, including:
Legal sized envelopes
Priority mail boxes
Express mail supplies
4. Do you accept FedEx or UPS packages to be sent out?
Yes, but before dropping off FedEx or UPS packages for pick up at the mailroom, you must schedule the pickup of your package with the shipping company. They may be contacted online at these websites: www.fedex.com or www.ups.com.
5. What time does the mail go out?
Regular postal mail goes out at 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. during normal business hours. UPS packages go out at 3:30 p.m. daily during normal business hours.

7. How do we find our mailbox numbers and combinations?
On campus: CHECK YOUR WEBADVISOR. If it is not showing up, bring your CINO Card to the University Post Office located in Sands Hall and someone will assist you in locating your mailbox and combination.
8. How do we pick up packages that are sent to us?
First, check your mailbox at the University Post Office located in Sands Hall and retrieve your package slip. Bring the package slip and CINO Card or another form of picture identification (driver’s license is okay) to the University Post Office located in Sands Hall.
