The Honors Program at Coastal Carolina University is comprised of
highly-motivated and academically-gifted students who are committed to campus
leadership and community service.
The Honors curriculum stresses both breadth and rigor, offering courses that
challenge and inspire students to become clear communicators, creative
thinkers and involved citizens.
Requirements: Cumulative College GPA of 3.7 or above
Completion of 30 academic credit hours
Two favorable letters of recommendation from college instructors
(Recommendation letters should address your
ability in academics, leadership, and classroom performance
as well as your maturity and character.)
