A Security Officer had approached a subject to talk to him about another incident when he smelled the odor of alcoholic beverage emitting from the subject. When the reporting officer arrived on the scene, he also smelled the order of alcoholic beverage about the subject. When questioned, the subject admitted to having beer in his possession. The subject was arrested and transported to the county detention center. |
