After getting backup the startedto interview people in the area and found them to be of legal age to drink. After getting permission to enter the house the party was centered on the officers encountered the subject in the laundry room. The subject appeared to have been drinking and was found to be underage. The subject did not folow the directions of the officers, but did finally agree to go out side to talk. While outside the subject became unruly and was told they were being arrested for Breach of Peace. The subject then resisted the attempts of the officers to arrest the subject. The subject was handcuffed, given citations for Breach of Peace and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. The subject was later served with a warrent for Resisting Arrest. |
