While speaking with the two subjects the officers noticed an open container of beer in the vehicle. During a search the passenger was found to be in possesion of marijuana and paraphernalia. The driver was cited for open container, the passesnger was cited for simple possesion of marijuana and possesion of paraphernalia. Both subjects were transported to the Horry County Detention Center and the vehicle was towed. |
