The subject returned a short time later and motined for the victim to approach the car. When the victim approached the car they could see that the subject was exposing themself. The subject then drove off. The vehicle and subject descritions were similar to the incident of 20 September 2007. On 26 September 2007 the subject vehicle was spotted and stopped. After the driver of the vehicle was identified as the subject in this incident the driver was arrested and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
