Carter noticed an individual acting sdupiciosly and called for assistance. A dog team arrived and the dog alerted to the vehicle that Ofc. Carter indicated. The vehicle was searched and a grow box containing 5 plants was found. The apartment of the driver was searched and paraphernalia was found in the apartment. Both residents of the apartment were charged, and one was transported to the Horry COunty Detention Center. |
