Description: The victim came to the CCU DPS office to report that they had been receiving unwanted, harassing communications from two subjects. The subject's were contacted by CCU DPS officers and told to stop the unwanted behaviors. This incident is under investigation. 12-17-2009 This incident has been resolved through informal arbitration.
