The victim reported that they had returned to the apartment to find a roommate was having a party. When the victim asked the roommate to quiet the party the subject assaulted the victim. The subject was gone when officers arrived. The victim requested assistance from residence life with the problem and the officer contacted a residence life representative. The subject was not criminally charged in this incident. |
