While on the scene the office encountered three subjects. The three subjects were in the vehicle but could not tell the officer why the lights were on. While interviewing the subjects the office observed evidence of possible drug use. The officer requested and was given consent to search the vehicle by the driver, who was not the owner of the vehicle. During the search officers discovered paraphernalia, and marijuana. The owner of the vehicle was contacted by telephone. All subjects in the incident are being referred into the Student Conduct System. This incident is under investigation. |
