One subject was carrying a backpack but dropped it when the officer approached. The officer secured the backpack and asked why the subject had dropped it. the subject admitted having alcohol n the backpack and a search confirmed this fact. The subject was written a citation and released at the scene. The alcohol was destroyed. |
