The officer interviewed the driver and requested they attempt SFSTs. The driver attempted the SFSTs but could not complete them properly. The driver was arrested and transported to a breath analysis site. The driver refused to give a breath sample. The driver was transported to the Horry County Detention Center. The vehicle was towed. |
