The driver was interviewed and given the opportunity to attempt SFSTs. During the interview it was discovered that the driver did not have their DL on them, but they were in possesion of another person's DL. The driver was then transported to a breath sampling location and refused to give a sample. The driver was arrested and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
