The driver was interviewed and given an opportunity to attempt SFSTs. The driver was not able to successfully complete the SFSTs. The driver was arrested for DUI and transported to a breath analysis site. The driver's breath was tested and the driver was found to be over the legal limit. The driver was transported to the Horry County Detention Center, the vehicle was towed. |
