The driver was interviewed and admitted to having been drinking. the driver was given the opportunity to attempt SFSTs. The driver was unable to successfully complete the SFSTs. The driver was transported to a breath testing facility and gave a breath sample. The driver was found to be over the legal limit, was arrested and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. The vehicle was towed. |
