The officer stopped the vehicle. The driver was interviewed and given the opportunity to complete SFSTs. The driver was unable to successfully complete the SFSTs. The driver was arrested and transported tot a breath analysis site. The driver submitted a breath sample which showed them to be over the legal limit. The driver was transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
