The driver was interviewed and an open container of alcohol was observed in the vehicle. The driver admitted to having been drinking. The driver was given an opportunity to complete SFSTs but was unable to successfully complete them. the driver was arrested for DUI. A search of the vehicle revealed a bag containing a white powder that was found to be cocaine. The driver was transported to a breath analysis site but refused to give a sample, the driver was then transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
