The driver was interviewed at the scene and it was discovered that the driver did not have a current DL. The driver was given an opportunity to attempts SFSTs and refused. The driver was arrested and transported to a breath analysis site where the driver refused to provide a breath sample. The driver was transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
