Time: | 0136 | Officer: | Fogle | Type: | Traffic stop - failure to stop, assist another agency` | Location: | Hwy. 544 | Description: | While on patrol a CCU DPS officer observed a vehicle being driven without headlights and attempted to stop the vehicle. The vehicle continued without stopping until it entered a cul de sac. Three subjects exited the vehicle and fled on foot. The driver was not located but the two passengers were. While searching the vehicle evidence of a possible crime was discovered and HCPD was contacted and responded to the scene. The two passengers were taken into custody by HCPD officers and later the driver was located and taken into custody also. |
