The driver was interviewed. the driver was issued a citation for NO DL and a warning for the stop signal violation. the officer later learned that the driver had given them false information and contacted the driver. The driver was located and interviewed again The previous citations were voided and new citations were issued for disregarding a stop signal, DUS, and giving false information to a police officer. The subject was arrested and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
