The officer interviewed the subject. the subject was determined to be under the influence and was arrested. While searching the vehicle marijuana and other drugs were discovered. The subject was given the opportunity to attempt SFSTs which the subject could not successfully complete. the subject was given the opportunity to provide a breath sample at a breath testing facility and refused. The subject was transported to the Horry County Detention Center. The vehicle was towed. |
