The driver was interviewed and given an opportunity to perform SFSTs. The driver was unable to successfully complete the SFSTs. The driver was arrested and an open container of beer was located in the vehicle. the driver was transported to a breath testing facility and submitted a sample. The driver was transported to the Horry County Detention Center the vehicle was towed. |
