The driver was interviewed and given an opportunity to attempt SFSTs. The driver was unable to successfully complete the SFSTs and was arrested. The driver was transported to a breath testing site and provided a sample that confirmed they were over the legal limit. The driver was transported to the Horry County Detention Center the vehicle was released to a sober licensed driver. |
