The driver was interviewed and given an opportunity to attempt SFSTs. The driver was unable to successfully complete the SFSTs. The driver was asked for and consented to let the officer search the vehicle. During the search probable marijuana and paraphernalia were found. The driver was taken to a breath testing site and given the opportunity to provide a breath sample. The driver refused to provide a sample. the driver was transported to the Horry County Detention Center, the vehicle was towed. |
