The driver was interviewed and given an opportunity to attempt SFSTs. The driver could not successfully complete the SFSTs. The driver was arrested and transported to a breath testing site. The driver's breath sample confirmed the driver was over the legal limit. The driver was transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
