The driver was interviewed and given the opportunity to attempt SFSTs. The driver was unable to successfully complete the SFSTs. The driver was arrested and transported to a breath testing facility. The driver refused to give a breath sample. The driver was also found to be driving under suspension. the driver was transported to the Horry County Detention Center. The vehicle was towed. |
