While interviewing the driver the officer observed the smell of alcohol and gave the driver an opportunity to attempt SFSTs. While investigating the officer discovered that the driver was in possession of a substance believed to be marijuana. The driver was arrested and transported to the Horry County Detention Center, the vehicle was towed. |
