The officer observed the vehicle which had collided with a building. The driver was interviewed and given an opportunity to attempt SFSTs. The driver was determined to be under the influence of alcohol. The driver was transported to a breath testing facility. Evidence was collected at the scene and the vehicle was towed. The breath test confirmed the presence of alcohol and the driver was transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
