The officer made contact with a resident at the subject apartment and received permission to enter. After the arrival of a back up officer the apartment was searched with the permission of the residents. University Housing staff was notified and responded. Marijuana, paraphernalia, and stolen property were discovered during the search. All three subjects were issued citations and released at the scene. The contraband was seized. This incident is also being referred into the Student Conduct process for the University. |
