The driver was interviewed and given an opportunity to attempt SFSTs. The driver was not able to successfully complete the SFSTs. The driver was taken into custody and transported to a breath testing facility. The breath sample confirmed the driver was over the legal limit. The driver was issued a citation and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
