The driver was interviewed and given an opportunity to attempt FSTs. The driver was not able to successfully complete the FSTs. The driver was arrested and transported to a breath testing facility. The driver refused to submit a breath sample. The driver was issued a citation and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
