The driver was interviewed and given the opportunity to attempt SFSTs. During the interview an altered DL and an open container of alcohol were discovered. The driver was taken into custody and transported to a breath testing facility. The driver submitted a breath sample which confirmed they were over the legal limit. The driver was issued citations and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
