The driver was interviewed and given an opportunity to attempt FSTs. The driver was not able to successfully complete the FSTs. An open container of alcohol was discovered in the vehicle during the interview. The driver was taken into custody and transported to a breath testing facility. The subject refused to submit a breath sample. The subject was issued citations and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. The vehicle was towed. |
