The subject was interviewed and given an opportunity to attempt SFSTs. The subject could not successfully complete the SFSTs. The subject was taken into custody and the vehicle was searched. During the search open containers of alcohol were discovered in the vehicle. The subject was transported to a breath testing facility. The subject submitted a breath sample that confirmed they were over the legal limit for alcohol. The subject was issued citations and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. The vehicle was towed and the alcohol was destroyed at the scene. |
