The driver was interviewed and given an opportunity to attempt FSTs. The driver was not able to successfully complete the FSTs. The subject was taken into custody and transported to a breath testing facility. The subject refused to provide a breath sample and was issued a citation. The subject was then transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
