Officers met with the staff members and attempted to locate a subject who had fled from the staff. While on scene the officers observed alcohol in plain sight and issued citations to the 12 subjects at the scene. While still at the scene the subject who fled returned and was issued a citation. The alcohol was destroyed and all subjects were released at the scene. |
