The driver was interviewed and given an opportunity to attempt FSTs. The driver was unable to successfully complete the FSTs and was taken into custody and transported to a breath testing facility. The officer was not able to obtain a valid breath sample. The driver was issued citations and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
