The subjects were interviewed and the one subject was determined to be underage and in possession of alcohol. During the interview the subject identified where they had gotten the alcohol and officers proceeded to that location to investigate further. The occupants of the apartment were interviewed. During the interviews alcohol, paraphernalia, and marijuana were discovered. University Housing staff were requested and responded. The six subjects were issued citations and released. The minor was released to a parent. Evidence and the contraband were collected. |
