The subject was interviewed and requested to be tested to prove they were not drunk. The test indicated that the subject had been drinking. the subject became argumentative at this point and was taken into custody. During a search incident to arrest the subject was found to be in possession of a controlled substance. The subject was issued citations and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
