The subject had left the scene prior to the officer being dispatched. The officer interviewed the complainant who described the incident and identified the subject. Other officers were given a description and began to look for the subject. The subject returned to the scene many hours later. Officers located and took the subject into custody. The subject was issued citations and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
