The driver was checked for injuries. The driver was asked to attempt SFSTs and could not complete the SFSTs. The driver was taken into custody and transported to ta breath testing facility. The driver refused to submit a breath sample. The driver was issued citations and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. The collision report was handled by CPD officers. |
