The officer located the subject asleep in the parking lot. The subjected was awakened and interviewed. EMS was requested and responded. EMS determined the subject was not in need of further medical care. The subject was issued a citation and escorted to their apartment. This incident is also being referred into the Student Conduct process for the University. |
