The officer interviewed the victim and witnesses at the scene. The officers were able to observe the damage to the victim's vehicle. A collision report was completed. A description of the subject vehicle was circulated to officers. The subject vehicle and the driver of the vehicle were located a short time later. The driver was interviewed and found to be in possession of alcohol, marijuana, and paraphernalia. The driver was issued citations and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
