Time: | 0249 | Officer: | Todd | Type: | DUI | Location: | Univeristy Place | Description: | While on patrol a CCU DPS officer observed the subject vehicle being driven in an unsafe manner and stopped the vehicle to investigate. The officer interviewed the driver and requested that the driver attempt SFSTs. The driver was not able to successfully complete the SFSTs, was taken into custody and transported to a breath testing facility. The driver submitted a breath sample which confirmed they were over the legal limit. The driver was issued a citation and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. The vehicle was towed. |
